Nanotechnology in Northern Europe congress and exhibition offers scientists and companies a joined forum to discuss development, research and applications of nanotechnology, and to bind new connections. The three chosen key themes, Mobile Devices and Nanoelectronics, Paper and Printed Electronics, and Nanotechnology Applications for Environment are discussed in the context of nanotechnology. They give a topical view to the present applications as well as the business visions.
Combined exhibition and scientific congress
The scientific congress is dedicated to dialogue between science and trade.
Established invited scientists together with representatives of top North European companies will give talks on the selected key themes. The aim is to introduce nanotechnology innovations that have proceeded to products, potential applications of nanotechnology and top research related to the themes. Special emphasis is paid on poster sessions to give a broad view of nanoscience and technology. Contributed papers are invited from different fields including e.g. nano- and quantum electronics, nanoparticles and composites, bionanotechnology, carbon nanotubes and functional molecules.

Science and trade meet under the key themes
The congress has chosen three key themes by demonstrated strength by Northern European companies, product development and research.
- Mobile Devices and Nanoelectronics
- Paper and Printed Electronics
- Nanotechnology and Environment
Each theme will have its own congress workshop, chaired by sponsor representative. In the exhibition area there will be a Key Theme -stand, where the sponsor will have a central position and other companies and research institutes surround it.
