Nanotechnology Changing the Face of Skincare

Beyond Skin Science, the creators of NanoChem, a proprietary technology behind the next generation of skin care, have created products using nanotechnology. The formulations are based on ingredient particles that are 100,000 times smaller than the width of a human hair. At this size, and within Beyond Skin Science's proprietary emulsions, these beneficial components are able to bond with the skin to make it stronger and healthier.

During the State of the Union Address, President Bush recognized the importance of nanotechnology: "I propose to double the federal commitment to the most critical basic research programs in the physical sciences over the next 10 years. This funding will support the work of America's most creative minds as they explore promising areas such as nanotechnology, supercomputing, and alternative energy sources."

According to Dr. Mark Ratner, author of Nanotechnology, A Gentle Introduction to the Next Big Idea, nanotechnology is the fastest growing industry in history with predictions of reaching $1.2 trillion by 2015. It is being applied to everything from paint to fabrics, from cancer research to military armor. In January, Beyond Skin Science participated at a talk given by Dr. Ratner, professor at Northwestern University, where the impact of nanotechnology was discussed. Beyond Skin Science initially saw the impact it could have on anti-aging and skin repair products, and continues to focus on developments that further their research findings.

"Beyond Skin Science was formed after years of research by beauty industry scientists who were studying how to take the advances of nanotechnology and apply them to skincare," explains Paul Ferron, President and Founder. "So many important discoveries have been made in regards to effective ingredients. We understood that by using our NanoChem process, we could substantially improve the performance of the ingredients and the results. Thanks to nanotechnology, the future of skin care is happening now."

Eternalis Advanced Skin Care System is a system of products that work together to balance and improve the skin. These formulations allow ingredients to work at a higher level of potency, effectively balancing and re-hydrating the skin, increasing collagen production, and leaving the skin younger looking, healthier and more radiant.

Eternalis by Beyond Skin Science is only available at http://www.beyondskinscience.com.
